I have to say, this is a motel... It's not far from the city, but it's outside. It's 10-15 minutes by car to the historic center. There's a restaurant on site. Breakfast was held in the lobby, there are options for a snack, more designed for a quick breakfast, with the ability to bring something with you. The choice is not very large, monotonous, but it is still there. The rooms are spacious, if you don't look closely, they're clean. Truth about the shower room, I didn't risk coming in without my slippers. There's free parking on the property, and a paid garage. We left the car for free two nights, no incidents. This is a suitable option for 1-2 nights if you need to stop on your way to the following targets. When you are in your room, you clearly understand that you are in a motel, you do not have to think about coziness).

Very bad soundproofing, you can hear not only what is happening in the next room, but also what is at the end of the corridor (and they are not small). I would like to see a mosquito net, as otherwise it is impossible to open the window.

The rooms are big size and the staff is friendly. It has remote location and minutes from highway.

Hotel Tre Ville is a go-to spot in Parma! It's well priced, clean, and worth its 3 stars. the location is particularly great, near an excellent restaurant, parking, Parma, and a shopping center. the staff creates a quiet atmosphere.

staff was great, very helpful and always friendly. the restaurant next door was good, except they charge a 3€ cover charge..... on very, very slow nights, i do not understand that at all.

rooms were just meh, not worth 50€ a night.... the whole place felt like a ghost town. most of all i disliked the location, if you arrive on a sunday you have to walk an hour and a half to find ANYTHING to eat... your surrounded by cornfields the whole time.

I could see garden from the window of the double room. Got nice bed and TV with satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Location: the hotel was just off an excellent restaurant close by and parking available, and greenery: D

I chose this hotel for a business assembly and it provided a well-equipped meeting room with ample seating. The lobby and breakfast room were bright and welcoming, and there was a lovely sunbathing area in the garden. Hotel Tre Ville in Parma offers a pleasant stay for both business and relaxation purposes.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have access to a computer and printer for quick document printing and other office-related tasks.

We loved the beautiful lake view and sunset from our spacious balcony. the breakfast spread was amazing with a variety of options like croissants, muesli, fresh fruits, eggs, ham. the hotel provided bikes for us to explore the nearby Sirmione old city, which was very convenient. We also enjoyed using the small boats on the lake.

We had a pleasant stay at Tre Ville in Parma. The secure parking under the hotel was a great convenience for us, especially since our car was packed with belongings. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day. Although we didn't get a chance to use it, the pool looked inviting. The staff at the front desk were helpful and assisted us in English. We also enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant just across from the hotel. we would recommend this hotel for its amenities and friendly service.

One minor drawback was the air conditioning in our room. It didn't cool the room as effectively as we would have liked, although our sisters' rooms were much cooler.
